Sporty and close-fitting outfit, such as tights, yoga pants, leggings, etc...
Please avoid metallic accessories.
Shoes are not allowed on the net, except for dance or gymnastic slippers.
If you have long hair, please tie it with a rubber band.
If you absolutely must fly with glasses, please bring a frame suitable for sport.

We ask the following rules to be respected :
- No jewelry (rings, watches, necklaces, earrings, navel piercing)
- No alcohol consumption before practice
- Not being pregnant, or not having given birth less than 6 months ago
- Do not have any contraindication to the practice of sport: severe back or shoulder problems that would prevent suspension from an aerobatic bar, heart problem, etc.
- No chewing gum
- No cosmetics (creams, oils, etc.)
Our classes last 1h30, which allows each participant to practice enough to prepare the catch-ups.
In case of low attendance or excessive fatigue, the teacher may decide to reduce the duration of the practice to favor other more appropriate exercises.

We suggest you come and try it whenever you want during the opening hours corresponding to your age group or during the "Just for Fun" sessions.
We offer lessons without commitment, so that you can test the activity freely.
If you want to deepen your practice, we suggest you subscribe to regular classes.

The Flying Trapeze is a very easy activity to tackle, even for people who are not used to doing sports.
Beginners wear a seat belt throughout the aerobatics. You will be attached to a safety mechanism when climbing from the ladder to the platform, and will be attached to lanyards when swinging on the trapeze above the net.
There are only two price categories:
- adults (over 18)
- children and teenagers (under 18)
There are 3 different time slots by age group:
- from 6 to 12
- from 13 to 17
- over 18
The "Just for fun" classes are accessible to everyone, from the age of 6.
